I have the feeling, that the response time of reboot.pro is increasing.

It reminds me on the old time of bot attacks.

Currently I see around 2500 visitors, not so much to slow down a site.

I also had the impression that reboot.pro was much more responsive when I last used it before Christmas than it is today.

P.S. I used two independent ISP's today. Same feeling with both of them

The server is located at Germany, for European users it should be fast without delays.

Let's see what our network engineer can say about this. We are often targeted for DDoS but they're not lucky to get us offline as 12 months ago.

:cheers:

I am in Thailand.
When I open the first page, it appears in a few seconds.
But it has no list of recent comments ! List of recent topics is shown in place of recent comments.
A few second after the first page is loaded, "Loading ..." message over list recent topic.
Then it takes very long time approximately 20 to 70 seconds before list of recent comments appears and list of recent topics moves down to its final place.

It's been fine for me 99% of the time (Australia). Sometimes I have noticed and this happens rarely, it hangs as if the server is not responding (and probably it is not). As a matter of fact, it happened about 7/8 hours ago and it went for about two minutes.

@MichaeZ: Did you get the result by calculating in mind, or by using an electronic calculator?

BTW: If both do not work correctly, there is an easy way to calculate with WinBuilder's CodeBox:
[Process]

//Define minutes of one hour

Set,%var%,60

// #1: Define how many decimal numbers are in the result

Set,%Decimal%,2

//#2: add decimals to calculate

Set,%mul%,1

Loop,%ScriptFile%,By10,1,%Decimal%

//#3: calculate

StrFormat,MULT,%Var%,%mul%

StrFormat,MULT,%Var%,7

StrFormat,DIV,%Var%,8

//#4: format due to decimal numbers

StrFormat,LEN,%Var%,%Len%

StrFormat,DEC,%Len%,%Decimal%

StrFormat,LEFT,%Var%,%Len%,%Int%

StrFormat,RIGHT,%Var%,%Decimal%,%Fract%

Echo,%Int%.%Fract%

[By10]

StrFormat,MULT,%mul%,10

@MichaeZ: Did you get the result by calculating in mind,

You're kidding. I'm older than 30. ;)
On the other hand this means that we still learned to do some calculus without that electronic stuff. But I have to admit that I did not use my slide rule.

[Process]
//Define minutes of one hour
Set,%var%,60
{A few code removed}

:lol:

Nope, I simply typed Win+R calc etc. :happy_dance2:
It would never have come into my mind :pulpfiction: :thumbdown: :thumbdown: to use WinBuilder.

Many Greetings
MichaelZ

Let's see what our network engineer can say about this.

a peering request to decix2-gw.hetzner.de on DECIX/Frankfurt has some issues...

that is Telekom Germany infrastructure...

it seems that the whole network at times collapsed for the new year - and after
