and I do not know how to attach a jpg image in this post,
if I do, maybe you can understand my issue more clear.
my issue is:
when i change a script title by adding some Chinese characters in WB GUI editing mode, after finishing i click "x" in uperright to close editing, in WB main GUI windows, there were a "tle=" came before the Chinese characters in Title display fields.
although it is not affecting WB running, but it is not good for WB's appearance, right?
someone else can help me?

To upload and display images here, I recommend that you try imageshack - http://imageshack.us/ (I use it quite often)
About the problem you mention, we rarely get enough feedback from chinese users.
If you are available to help us make wb better for your language, I'd surely appreciate your help.
Thank you!

It probably will be a Unicode problem.
Because Winbuilder does not fully supports Unicode.
2-byte languages such as Chinese or Korean will cause many problems.

If you're both available to give us some feedback, I'm sure that Peter will be available to hunt down all the bugs that are noted.

Sorry when I contradict. I cannot hunt / fix bugs here. It is a design question. If you're both available to give us some feedback, I'm sure that Peter will be available to hunt down all the bugs that are noted.
Several user defined items, like here [Main] title, are supposed to be ANSI strings. They are used in several ways, like paths or file names, etc.
To change to Unicode, would not be a simple bug fix, but a redesign of essential WinBuilder functionality (provided, Billy the Door allows unicode in file names).
So my (sorry!) simple statement: Currently no chance.
Peter
