Hello,

Thiis is very sad, we cant use this application anymore because it identified as malware in my company antivirus, anything related to this application and its website will get blocked.

I was using it since a long time. was really a good simple app before they decide using it to spread viruse to their customers.

Best Regards,

Actually I had a friend who's in infosec run it through a VM and he said it's not:

  • No bundled software.
  • No unexpected network traffic.
  • Doesn't create any unexpected registry keys.

So I suspect it's a false positive. I've raised it with our antivirus provider to investigate.

So, 56/65 antiviruses are wrong.
So, when Kaspersky and ZoneAlarm say "not-a-virus", this IS a virus.

And of course, except maybe Panda, Antiy-AVL, CAT-QuickHeal, Cyren, Fortinet, Sophos AV and TrendMicro-HouseCall are all well-known and reliable antiviruses.

Seriously?

I am not the developer of this open-source software, but I can see in the changelog a change of the compiler. This is more than enough to create these alerts, especially for an unsigned application that creates various things to transfer data on the net.
