I have several OS reinstall DVD's that have multiple disks (DVD1 DVD2).  Is it possible to combine those disks into 1 so I can use the isostick to reload these OS's?

At the moment isostick does not offer any solution to this, but a feature is planned to allow specifying a "set" of related ISOs. When you eject one ISO, the next ISO in the set is loaded in its place. Ejecting again takes you back to the start.
