Dear all,

I have a single i3 processor pc, with microsoft iscsi target and 500gb hard disk. I am connecting 10 pc (Intel 945gclf atom)  through ipxe san boot with help of the tutorial here (Reboot.pro). Everthing works fine. But the boot process lags and also the savings of file. If there are 3 users boots up everthing goes fine. When all log in to target it slows down.

I have configured One master vhd, and 10 differencing vhd. Is it slow because of this? or i have to create all master vhd for users?

I am not an expert. I got help from this forum and read tutorial here and managed to san boot iscsi using ipxe.

So plz make it simple...

I am using starwind tftp, DHCP Server V2.5.1, microsoft iscsi target.

Can using pci slot lan card, disabling inbuilt would speed up network?

People say atheros lan card won't support ipxe? Is it true?

Which card i can get which supports ipxe?

Currently using inbuilt realtek lan.
