I voted with NEVER.
Two aspects:
#1: My personal system:
It does all dayly work with e-mails, home banking, creating my own video DVDs, WinBuilder development, etc. and still runs under XP sp3.
For my dayly work I never missed some features, which Vista or Win7 may perhaps offer.
And I really do not need an OS with UAC or "crazy" user interface where always Billy the Door knows better than me, what I want to do. I like the classic NT4 format GUI.
#2: Working on WinBuilder project multiPE.
For Win8 I have the same opinion than for x64 source: Who needs it on PE?
Security, more than 3 GB memory, etc. ???
And I personally do not have any personal satisfaction just beeing in the crowd of people crying "I can this!"
