ladies & gentlemen,
I gladly announce that aerostudio boots the latest Slax 6 version by loading the "slax.iso" itself with bcdw. The command is
bcdw (cd)/images/slax.iso

very easy.

 :P :P :) :P :P :P
I turn to be a slax fanatic. This stuff is always surprises me.

Billonious, how did you do it ?
Just downloaded the slax iso and put it into the images folder and ran it from aero studio?
Did you made others modifications to the iso image ?
And booting from iso isn't taking long?
And the last thing, if it boots slowly from the iso, how can I extract the iso and boot directly from the files extracted ?
Thanks!

sorry, I was not clear enough.

1. Extract the folder "boot" ~6mb from the slax' iso.
2. Put it in "cd root"
3. Put the whole slax iso in "cd root/images" .
4. Run the command bcdw (cd)/images/slax.iso in Aerostudio[b]

Don't need to extract something from the slax' iso other than the folder 'boot'
