I'm currently testing the new Win7PE project built by the new WinBuilder.

Due to foreign language source CDs I already have had some success:

chinese_PE.gif

portuguese_PE.gif

But i have problems to find legal downloads for other languages to test.

The question is whether necessary codepages and fonts are defined / copied.

Can the community please post here links to other language source CDs SP1, pointing to legal downloads, not e.g. torrents or hacker sites?

Maybe not really legal, but "in best intentions": Somebody may consider to PM me links to his personal source CD.

Perhaps everything can be solved by a link to a suited DigitalRiver catalog.

Which languages?
Which SP level? :dubbio:

Broken google? :w00t:

List of 13 languages Windows 7 SP1 Legal Downloads from Digitalriver:
http://forum.noteboo...-languages.html
in a thread curiously titled "Legal Download from DigitalRiver: Windows 7 SP1, 13 languages" :whistling:

Another list:

I changed my question to "SP1"

Languages is still "other languages". Maybe it helps: German and English are not needed.

Both of your links are already known for me.

The first one IMO there has no suitable link inside to download a Win7 CD.

The second link has been used by me for "Chinese".

But I still need "low byte Unicode" like Greek, or Russian, and other "two bytes Unicode" like Asian CDs.

The first one IMO there has no suitable link inside to download a Win7 CD.

Actually it does contain links to:

English - Spanish - French - German - Italian - Korean - Swedish - Portuguese - Norwegian - Finnish - Dutch - Danish - Chinese

(depending if Professional, Premium or Professional N)

But I still need "low byte Unicode" like Greek, or Russian, and other "two bytes Unicode" like Asian CDs.

You see, by applying some (mild :)) form of torture :w00t: I managed to have you ask what you are actually looking for.

So you are looking for:

  1. Greek
  2. Russian
  3. "undefined Asian languages EXCLUDED Korean and Chinese"

Would the MUI packs be of any use?

Unfortunatelly not.

What I'm looking for is the CD which can be bought by a new Win7 user in ???country.

Everything else might modify the conditions slightly, and my tests are unsure.

What I need are some numbers /X??-?????.iso

I'm sure that some members know some non-english ISO urls at digitalriver.

I'm sure that some members know some non-english ISO urls at digitalriver.

Or maybe the number of language versions available through digitalriver download is only a subset of the whole set.

I mean it's "queer" how only the above listed 13 languages are the only ones whose names were posted *everywhere*-

Unfortunatelly it looks like that I have to be satisfied with the 13 known links.

Possibly completely NOT useful :w00t: , however here is a set of "non-random" ;) numbers:

x15-68972 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Starter
x15-65691 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Home Basic
x15-65762 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Home Premium
x15-65834 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Professional
x15-65951 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Ultimate
x15-70945 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Enterprise

x15-65763 64 bit Windows 7 Russian Home Premium
x15-65835 64 bit Windows 7 Russian Professional
x15-65952 64 bit Windows 7 Russian Ultimate
x15-70949 64 bit Windows 7 Russian Enterprise

x15-65750 32 bit Windows 7 Japanese Home Premium
x15-65939 32 bit Windows 7 Japanese Ultimate

x15-65751 64 bit Windows 7 Japanese Home Premium
x15-65823 64 bit Windows 7 Japanese Professional
x15-65940 64 bit Windows 7 Japanese Ultimate

618242 64 bit Windows 7 Japanese Ultimate SP1
619117 32 bit Windows 7 Russian Ultimate SP1
618249 64 bit Windows 7 Russian Ultimate SP1

I believe that the ones beginning with x15- (which are SP0) are NOT available through digitalriver (but they were on MSDN).
