Some time ago I tested grub4dos to boot GUI replacing ntldr with grldr

Now imagine there is a computer with 2 HDD
1 HDD has WindowsXP and Ubuntu. It boots by Grub text menu
2 HDD has Windows7 and very slimmed down WindowsXP. It boots by Windows7 text menu

My goal to make direct boot to AeroStudio and choose any OS plus USB HDD boot from AeroStudio menu

Has anybody suggestions?

EDITED
1. AeroStudio option to install its MBR to HDD is not supported
2. Maybe install NT5 MBR by Bootice and leave only Aerostudio item, set time to 0 in file boot.ini?
Once again leave one item in windows 7 bootloader menu and set time to 0?
3. I can invoke Grub4DOS with gfx, but it does not has such features as Aerostudio has
EDITED2
I think would be better to use a method used to boot aerostudio from usb
by Ireneusz (dzięki mu)
Perhaps it is the same to boot from HDD on PC.

Well, I have solved my problem

1. BootIce makes Grub4DOS MBR in the disk I want to boot, patches MBR to Aero.sys
2. Aero.sys is put in the root of the disk
3. Folder "Airboot" with menus which was created and/or modified (from Irenesz Podraza, for exemple) is placed in the root of the disk
4. Boot.ini is edited (removed all entries except regarding ntldr and time is set to zero)
5. BCD is edited (I use EasyBCD), only bootmgr is left and time is set to zero
6. And so on

Excuse me to be so late. 1 item explanation is following
Run Bootice, pick your disk you need to process (Destination disk) in the "Physical disk" tab, press "MBR" button, activate "Grub4DOS" radio button in the "Master Boot Record" window, press "Install/Confog" button, edit "Grub for DOS" - file name is AERO and Extended name is SYS, press "Save to disk" button, yes
