Hello,

I'm using ImDisk and it's perfect on windows 10.

But I don't need to save content of Ramdisk to hard drive when windows shutdown. How do i config?

I'm using ImDiskTool to auto mount RamDisk on startup

This is a complicated matter, already discussed (see here for instance for the possible workarounds).
