As a font developer, I spend a good chunk of each day coding in a text editor and reading output messages from a terminal window, so I can appreciate the importance of a good monospaced font ...

NIce :).
Can you check if it complies with:
http://www.msfn.org/...console-window/
and as thus it is usable in a console?
I think it should, but the characteristics are not "declared".

Not really sure what you want. After installing the font, it did not appear as a option in console->properties->font.

But it did appear if I added this to the registry :

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionConsoleTrueTypeFont]

"000"="Source Code Pro"

Yep :thumbsup:,so it is also a console font (I mean you can use it in a console, after having added it through the Registry, right?)
The registry addition is needed since 2K:

Thanks!
