For me everything works great except this little problem:

John

You mean, in the popup there should be something like 'Bροχερή ημέρα'?

This is the reason:

Convinced!

I'll try to find out whether there is a hint to use bootfont.bin in any of the hive???.inf or .sif files.

I think it is needed only when it exists in the root folder of the cd.
In the greek cd it exists (in the root folder) while in english it doesn't. Does it also exist in german?

In German it is in \i386, not in the root.
What do you think about adding it in C&E with
'If,FileExist,%Source%\Bootfont.bin,FileCopy...'
?
Maybe for PicoXP give an option 'Do Not Copy (>> Delete)' in the 'ReplaceDLLs' script.

Perfect! :P
I say that it is important to be in the root because windows use it in the instalation disk only if it is in the root

I tried to copy over the new contents over the old folders but I still get the MarketPlace message.
Then I deleted both NativeEX from the archive and the Projects folder and started again by moving a new extracted copy of the new nativeEX_Beta9b.zip files.
Deleted the Target folder contents.

Alright! This time no MarketPlace message when booting up. Just a sweet bootup to the desktop. :P

Can we get the ability to change the bootup message. I like the one that is already there but it would give others the possibility to do so.

That depends on the design of nativeEx.
The hives are generated only once - depending on language, OS, Explorer/Cmd and stored in %HoJoPEdir%=%BaseDir%\Archive\nativeEX\Prebuild.
Next build these hives are just copied.
If there is a new version building different hives (here w/o marketplace), %BaseDir%\Archive\nativeEX\Prebuild has to be deleted.
I'm thinking about a mechanism deleting automatically depending on a new version of the hives factory.

Can we get the ability to change the bootup message. I like the one that is already there but it would give others the possibility to do so.

I currently work on functionality only.
Maybe somebody wants to write a script setting these messages in txtsetup.sif.

I made preliminary test of nativeEx with WB 53 9b
and everything went well, except for shortcut icons
of my application programs.

They appear properly only after starting individual
programs. It is valid for all shortcuts: DT, SM and QL.
