I was looking for a Windows based program to sync folders between my Android phone and Windows. I prefer to have a backup on my hard disk.

FreeFileSync 7.0 [2015-05-11]
-----------------------------
Support synchronization with MTP devices (Android, iPhone, tablet, digital camera)
...

Careful : Uncheck offerings to install third-party software.

Is this program useful only for syncing, or for file copying/moving from/to Windows/Android in general? I own a rooted/custom recovery/custom ROMed (AOSP/CM-based) Galaxy Note 3 and a Galaxy Note 8.x, I oftentimes find myself needing to copy/move/sync files.

Thanks!

Copy/move/delete/rename files can be done with Windows Explorer. I'm refering to mobiles connected to PC with a USB cable, of course.

I've never used a Samsung device, but the above works with Moto G.
