hi everyone,

I am trying to find the solution to a problem Im having when copy/paste .htm & .html (saved web pages)

Ive only seen this behavior in XPx64, in windows explorer, when I copy an .html file then paste it elsewhere it does not bring the associated folders and files with it like all other versions Ive used before so I have to copy the .html file and then also extra folder that contains data for the .html

surely there is a setting to change this behavior somewhere but I have not found it and I cant seem to think of a search phrase that gets any results related to this issue.

found a solution after many search term combinations.

this key was somehow reset to "1" I reset it to "0" and now problem solved!

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Value: NoFileFolderConnection
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0

not sure how it got reset since I did not do it manually.
