Hi,

At first thanks for the 2 wonderful software ImDisk and the toolkit.

I have done a benchmark for ImDisk v(1.8.0)  using CrystalDiskMark v(3.0.3) on Windows 7 64 bit. As I see with dynamic memory allocation Read/Write speed almost dropped to 3 times

If you leave the mouse cursor on the option "Allocate Memory Dynamically", the tooltip says that it's slower.

This feature is not a part of the driver but something added with the Toolkit. It requires (at least) one additional memory-to-memory copy of the data: this usually changes nothing in real use but is enough to greatly reduce the results of a benchmark.

So, you should not expect major improvement on this point. If you really need the maximal speed, you have to use a static ramdisk.
