While have tried Hiren's Boot CD v 15.2 a few times, have mainly used it for testing HDDs.

Recently ran DEBAN (write zeros to 80GB HDD) from it without any problems.

Appreciate suggestions concerning FAT 32 Format Apps for this 80GB HDD?
