OSForensics runs inside the OS though, so I am not sure it really could be called a Forensic app

They also have a few USB tools which are free in their tools section.
OSFMount - mounts dd images in Windows (could also mount images made with RMPrepUSB?)
OSFClone - self-booting OS cloning tool (a fancy form of dd?)
ImageUSB - writes the same img file to multiple USB devices all at the same time (for 'gang' production of USB drives).
