How did youpartition it?

I dont know how I partitioned it. This is all I know. A week ago I was trying to do this with my USB with RMPrep and I pulled out the flash drive because a black cmd window told me to. So I couldnt turn on the pc after that. I googled the error message and the error message said my partitions were messed up. So I did a system restore and ever since then I only had a C drive and the D drive became the USB drive.
So as a result, I'm really confused why this wont do this in the D drive since plugging in the flash drive, the computer recognizes there is a flash drive. Pulling it out, the computer recognizes there is no flash drive.

The screenshot you showed, is of a QEMU emulation session.
If the USB drive is corrupt, why not just remake it?

I dont know how to remake it, and I dont know if the USB drive is corrupt. Is the USB drive corrupt if its drive D? I thought if a USB drive is D that means I lost my D partition and it was reassigned to be a USB drive.
