Basically, I want to upgrade my PC ram to 4 GB, so which version of Win7PE (x86 or x64) will allow me to use my complete ram. I had heard that almost all 32 bit OS cannot use more than 3 gb of ram... so will that limitation exist in Windows PE's ?

Secondly, I had been using Win7PE 32bit with ease, so if the 4 gb limitation exist can i use any software (as if Im Disk RamDisk or any other) to utilize my full ram.

Why EXACTLY do you actually *need* to use all your RAM?

A Porsche 911 GT3 has around 350 HP and can travel at around 300 km/h:

When you use it to take kids to school or go to the supermarket you go at max 70 km/h and use at the most 80 HP, still you can by between 5 and 15 :w00t: more than decent cars with that kind of money you bought the 911 with and the Porsche will still make less than 10 Km with a liter of fuel.

READ attentively:

Unless you have serious reasons for wanting a 64 bit PE, you will find yourself with a bigger build (please read as slower at loading) running at the same speed (or possibly slower) capable of using the RAM that you won't need/use anyway. :frusty:
