Hi,
Using a Windows XP PC I had the above boot problem ending up with:
Error: cannot find GRLDR in all drive. CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart.
This happened to me using UNetbootin v312. I was trying to install the Fedora netinstall package. After researching this issue I found that the grub4dos bootloader was too old. Using grub4dos-0.4.4-2009-02-14.zip, downloaded here: http://download.gna.org/grub4dos/ solved the problem.
What I did was extract the zip file to c:\ without replacing existing conflicting files. Then I changed the Windows boot.ini (normally found here: c:\boot.ini). To this file I added this line to the bottom:
c:\grldr="GRUB4DOS"
Now you need to find the original "menu.lst" file made by UNetbootin and replace the one at c:\menu.lst, so that you can get directed to the Unetbootin installer. If I remember correctly there is a directory called c:\UNetbootin or similar, where the file is (else try to do a search for the menu.lst). You need the UNetbootin menu.lst to get it all running!
After replacing this file, rebooting and selecting the "GRUB4DOS" entry in the boot up menu, the system boots up correctly and the distribution installation begins. If it doesn't, check the menu.lst
Hope this helps people with a similar problem.
Best Regards,
Thomas BJ

Good.
But you should really always use latest build of grub4dos.
Only if something does not work, revert to a previous one.

Yes, please tell that to the programmers of UNetbootin, since the older GRUB4DOS is integrated into their custom made bootup routine
