Windows 7 won't boot [More in description]

I would recommend a clean Windows 7 Reinstall. Since in the other forum you said you already backed up youre personal files and had found the restore Cd.

The Pc case normally has a sticker that tells you with what version of the OS it came with.

 

 

In the following video the person does a good job explaining:

HOW TO INSTALL WINDOWS 7 FULL TUTORIAL

 

It could be a video card problem?

you could try safe mode and change resolution. Then try to reboot.
