windowsxp professional setup
To install windows xp on the partition you selected,
setup must write some startup files to the following disk:
95394 MB Disk 0 on bus 0 on atapi [MBR]
However, this disk does not contain a Windows XP-compatible partition.
to continueinstalling windows xp, return to the partition selection
screen and create a windows XP-compatible partition on the disk
above, and then create a new one.
to return to the partition screen, press enter.

Is there a reason why you don't want to follow this procedure?
i tried it deleted the partition and re created it but nothing happen
when SATA is Enabled this is what screen shows
a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer. if this screen appears again, follow these steps:
check for viruses on your computer. remove any newly installed
hard drives or hard drive controllers. check your hard drive
to make sure it is properly configured and terminated.
run chkdsk / to check for hard drive corruption. and then
restart your computer.

(and/or possibly mixing together different methods)
Also, the suggestion by cdob of wiping the MBR of the hard disk is a very good one.
Do post what happens with these.
