Hai everybody.

I curious either there is any shortcut method to compress Win7PE.

Example:
I adding new apps inside it and compress into iso and virtual in vmWare.

If any post that almost same just link it.

yes.
in the utils folder there is a mount script. press the mount buttons to mount your wim (you need to have made a successful build) and your sources. you can now run any app scripts using the small green play buttons or manually edit the target. when you are done press the unmount all button, go to the Create ISO script and press the create new iso button.
