if i deselct all apps the apps checkbox will be unchecked...this is OK. But when i have a mandatory app in this tree, the checkbox should be half checked (as said here before). Now i noticed that the build tree (shown on the left while building) dies not show my apps section and so does not show the scripts that are under apps, even if they are on (because the are flagged mandotory)...i can see that the apps are processed, but the tree does not show this...
