Added some downloading categories, script developers and advanced members can upload up to 20Mb on these categories, each file uploaded will have an automatically created topic on the the scripts point.
Added a few more stats on the each person's user profile
Added a topic preview hover when passing with the mouse over the topic title
Member group can upload 500Kb in posts, other groups upload 1000Kb
