OK, i read a lot of stuff and cant get ERD Commander to work with a USB Drive...

I dont want to hexedit, and i cant read the code so well in this forums cause of other (american?) layout.

so i try this:

http://www.rmprepusb...s/erd-commander

Methode 1 gives me the error: NTLDR is missing (its not its on the USB root).

Methode 2 gives me the error 15 File not found.

Any Ideas?

I used Make_USB https://rapidshare.c...72/Make USB.rar to format UFD with NTFS. I added NTLDR, NTDETECT.COM, grldr and boot.ini
[boot loader]

timeout=10

Default=C:grldr

[operating systems]

C:grldr="Rescue Boot Options"

I included a menu.lst with the following entry:
iftitle [if exist /XPE/ERD50_x86_WinXP_SP3.iso] ERD Commander 5.0 for Windows XP x86

find --set-root --ignore-floppies --ignore-cd /XPE/ERD50_x86_WinXP_SP3.iso

map --mem /XPE/firadisk.img (fd1)

map --mem (md)0x6000+800 (fd0)

map --mem /XPE/ERD50_x86_WinXP_SP3.iso (0xff)

map --hook

dd if=(fd1) of=(fd0) count=1

chainloader (0xFF)
