I make phox's words my own..
This is a big step since the last release, you've come up with a very interesting way to deal with big sized files inside the encoded files. We should talk it further to understand better how it should be behave.
I really like the help panels with the text explaining what they are meant to do and how to use their functions - very elucidative, there's no need to try out everything to understand what they'll do..
Just my opinion - perhaps the button to create script and the panel should be placed on the right of the program window - I think it is more intuitive for people since they will first add all details on the tabs and then move to press the create button, starting from right to left. The exit button is really needed?
One other feature it might be worth considering are web downloads in wich scripts download 7ziped files from the author's website to make scripts much easier to distribute when they are first run - take reactOS as example for a code snippet that make custom projects much easier for people to test.
In overall I'm quite impressed - you've really understood how projects are advancing for the next times and your program is already prepared for them.
My critics are only related to some details on the UI wich can surely be polished with time and result into a really professional looking app - excellent work!
