In Sordum page you can find a lot of multilingual, very small, portable, simple and very useful free tools, that I always keep handy in my big collection of portables, usually they can run from Win 7 to 10 OSs and many of them also on WinPEs, just to give you some examples:

Defender Control - Switch ON or Off Defender. It allows you to disable Microsoft Defender in Windows 10 completely.

Windows Update Blocker - Useful to block updates.

Firewall App Blocker - To let only your desired programs to access internet. It also let you fully block Win Updates.

Easy Context Menu - Add a variety of useful commands and tweaks to the Desktop, My Computer, Drives, File and Folder right-click context menus.

PowerRun - Run a program or batch file with the higher privileges.

ReIcon - Restore Desktop Icon Layouts.

Reg Converter - Utility to convert .reg data to .bat, .vbs, or .au3.

Simple VHD Manager - Very useful to deal with VHDs, as automatically attach a VHD every time the OS boots.

Simple Run Blocker - Simplify the process of blocking applications from being used.

That Defender Control tool looks fantastic. I've had so many difficulties with Windows Defender, and how it blocks so much without need.
