I am trying to reinstall windows xp on my Acer aspire one netbook. I setup everything following some of the guides across the net and everything seems to be working correctly but the syslog makes the error clear. But I have no idea how to fix it. Any suggestions?

Do you have another DHCP service on the same network? If so, remove it.

I Finally got the netbook (acer aspire one) to accept the DHCP lease, and yes it was due to another dhcp server running on the dsl modem. I simply removed the modem from the lan and isolated the PXE server (win7) and the netbook that currently has Ubuntu. It also seems like adding myDomain to the dhcp settings helped but I am not sure as to why. Regardless I still haven't got the system to boot. I have been following the Guide to Turning a Clean Windows XP Box into a TFTP Server Serving Completely Unattended Installs, that I found here on the forums. But now the process stops with

Seems like it loads menu.c32 but I guess the default file is wrong and is not starting the process. Any help or references would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking around these forums a few days now and I think I'm gonna hang about. Thanks guys and keep the community going strong!

Great....yes it was due to another dhcp server running on the dsl modem. I simply removed the modem...
Please use the latest PXELINUX version (core/pxelinux.0).But now the process stops with

Replace your menu.c32 file with the latest version (com32/menu/menu.c32). COMBOOT32 modules should be matched to the PXELINUX version.
Extract the latest modules/pxechain.com into your TFTP service directory.
Modify your pxelinux.cfg/default file:
UI menu.c32 DEFAULT xp_pro TIMEOUT 300 ALLOWOPTIONS 0 PROMPT 0 LABEL xp_pro COMBOOT pxechain.com APPEND AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD::XPP.0
However, with only one menu entry, is there a reason why you are not simply handing out XPP.0 instead of pxelinux.0? Also, please confirm where XPP.0 came from.
