I have built a live disc for windows 8.1 succesfully using win81se project..i have made a bootable usb using the iso, It loaded succesfully, desktop is showing, everything is OK. but keyboard and mouse is not being recognised,, however they works perfectly when i boot from hard disk.. please give me some suggestion. I am really looking forward to test win 8.1 in my pc..

Note : just because my build was succesful and iso was created succesfully, so i didnot bother to save the log file.

If you guys say i will rebuild the iso and save the log file

You can make a Win7pe using this ISO together with this package.

Always reboot before making a new winbuilder PE.

Will have a look at the log later on...

Thanx for the info. I had done the following :

1. downloaded en_windows_embedded_8_1_industry_enterprise_x86_dvd_2710801.iso from a torrent site.

There in the comment of the torrent it was given :

MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.8.1.EMBEDDED.INDUSTRY.ENTERPRISE.RTM.X86.ENGLISH.DVD
 RELEASE DATE: 09/09/2013
 BUILD: 6.3.9600.16384.WINBLUE_RTM.130821-1623
 FILE: en_windows_embedded_8_1_industry_enterprise_x86_dvd_2710801.iso
 SIZE: 2,724,550,656 byte
 SHA-1: FBAD0E71B0E69232E8BBCBCDD9069B2C16CA82B9
 MD5: E1CE48B5B6993E35D512DA6C79CCB5FB

NOTE: this is original MSDN image.

2. Downloaded the win8.1SE project and built the windows 8.1 live cd.

3. I made a bootable usb using Rufus  (upto this step it was fine)

4. Then i booted from usb. it loaded perfectly showed the desktop. but none of the input device is working (

keyboard, mouse) cd drive is opening but cd cannot be read, not even any usb ports...

Why is this happening ?

I even backed up the neccesary driver folders using "Double drivers" and copied them in the neccessary folder

using the script driver integration. but the problem persists. please suggest some solution. thank u in advance.

My Pc specs :

ANd can you provide me some links for downloading original ISO's of windows 7, 8, 8.1 from torrent ? Actually I

dont want to download pirated or slipstreamed ISO, again i dont prefer direct download from microsoft as i have a

slow connection.
