Hola, soy nuevo por aquí

El problema es que, luego de bajado el Winbuilder y hacer clic en "Winbuilder.exe" a continuación no pasa nada, y aun luego de varios intentos.

(Lo eh probado en 2 pc de mi red)

Eh leído en foros que hace falta el "Windows AIK" que también baje de Microsoft e instale completo junto al Frame network 4.5...

Igualmente el "Winbuilder.exe" tampoco hace nada (veo el led del disco rígido hacer algún proceso pero no pasa nada)

Me e cansado de buscar en foros de Internet pero aparentemente a nadie le ocurre y todos felices instalaron el Winbuilder sin problema.

Un dato importante es que cuando intento borrar la carpeta donde esta el winbuilder ( la coloque en c: en d: etc)

no me permite borrar argumentando que otro proceso esta utilizando esa carpeta y ese proceso es de Java , lo que me lleva a pensar que intenta iniciarse pero queda obstruido por algún motivo.
