Using this free utility you can create a PE from your system without downloading Windows Waik or new versions.

It includes a free partition program and a free backup (HDD, partition) program, also Windows Recovery and several other utilities, it can create  a bootable USB or CD/DVD for UEFI and/or Bios Legacy.

You can add your drivers and portable programs as far as they are x86 or x64 as your system, the PE version created is same as your OS.

TO MODERATORS: I perfectly know this is not a project but as far as it creates a PE from your OS it may be Win7PE, Win8PE, Win10PE, it doesn't fit in other subforums, if you want to put this in other location please do it.

NOTE: After making a build it looks to me it has taken parts of some of our members projects.

And additionally (last time I checked it by using UNIEXTRACT) seemed like distributing some MS no redistributable code and to provide not the appropriate GNU or other license for some of the open source or freeware programs included.
(seemingly less issues than with the original Beta, though):

Personally (and just for the record) I did not appreciate the related SPAMming attitude:

Sure :) you are not a new user at his first post hijacking and raising from its grave an existing very old thread, like the guy I mentioned.
I would say that your 220 posts make a BIG difference. :)
