Cleaned up code Fixed the shell feature, Now it piggybacks off of the default shell (runs at startup) instead of shell loader running it... Known Bugs: When MS SAPI is not present a notification will be shown.

Fixed the font issue. Font is now installed properly. Known Bugs: MS Speech engine is not present, Voice commands do not work.
