Load in memory about 2 min and then about 1 min to reach the desktop.OK - and how long does it take if not loaded into memory?
Does the time to Desktop vary depending on what system you load it on (e.g. system with network, system with audio).
What are the two files in your download?
Most of the time seems to be taken up by a audio application and looking for a network???

Can you post a listing of the log results so people don't have to load procmon?
You maybe would get a response then.
I believe you identified only a few processes were actually taking up the majority of the delay?

P.S. I cannot load this in current ProcMon v3 - it is incompatible! Latest version is OK
Also, is this a standard setup - i.e. bootmgr - BCD - winloader.exe - VHD all from a standard Pc and standard hard disk - or some other setup?

Grub4dos map the vhd in memory and then boot it via bootmgr.
