Nice find! The Welcome shortcut seems to be truncating at the space in "Program Files". Haven't had time to investigate the reason..
Edited:
I tested a modification to the Welcome Script and it worked.
In most programming launguages to display a quote charracter " you have to use double quotes ""
so i changed//execute in autostart Run,%BuildModelScript%,Add-Shortcut,"AU","#$q%PEDrive%/%WorkDir%/OffByOne/Welcome.htm#$q","~Welcome"to//execute in autostart Run,%BuildModelScript%,Add-Shortcut,"AU","#$q#$q%PEDrive%/%WorkDir%/OffByOne/Welcome.htm#$q#$q","~Welcome"

It really did not heal the illness itself, it healed a symptom of the illness.
But it helped me to find the real illness:
Since several days I have been working on changes in buildModel caused by PMs of a member wanting to have different drive than X: for the ISO. Following latest knowledge that seems (at least currently) a dead end.
But I followed him into the dead end!
I replaced the actual buildModel with the old version of about one week ago (version increased to 015).
(Maybe there are some fixes lost I did in the mean time. If there are complains, I'll refix)
With my tests it runs well under German (Programme) and English (Program files) provided PEDrive is X:

Problem with the shutting down option. It wont come up on first try to bring it up.
Did you add something to the project about Having to click on a key to Start from CD. Is there a way to disable it. I keep forgetting and it kicks me into the Real Windows XP. If there is no option to turn it off, can their be something added to be able to enable or disable it. For testing its irritating but for a real CD its a good option.
There is no Network driver for Vmware.

Remove the option 'Add bootfix.bin' in Copy&Expand script.
Cant it be a seperate script. Something like.
Add "Hit any key to boot from CD"
I missed finding it, even when going thru the scripts more then once before posting. Can you make it disabled by default. Its fustrating forgetting to disable it when testing and booting into real XP.
It is the 'VirtualBox Network Driver'.
I changed the description to 'VirtualBox / VMWare Network Driver'.
Thanks! I downloaded the latest and it its better explained. I was disabled before by default so I didnt know it was suppose to be enabled to get Network on Vmware.
Can you rename the files to VirtualBox_VMwareNIC_AMD_PCNET.script
Services program is working properly. What is the "Diag" Folder
Administrative Tools and Fonts Folder are missing Icons again.

with new downloaded scripts it seems the VirtualBox is set as default to run instead of Qemu.
Thanks.
Because not everybody has VirtualBox, I'll change to qEmu.

#1: I hope you ment Ramdisk QL shortcut rather desktop shortcut. Can you change the layout to look cleaner.
I still dont like the add boot "fix bin" beeing in the Copy and Expand script. Its too hidden and its set on default to happen.

1. Yes I mean send the Ramdisk Shortcut to Quick Launch. That way other shortcuts look aligned to the left as screenshot 2.
2. It would be better to make it its own script but disabled by default. If this is done it can be added to so it can be seen by a person looking to add or not use that option. This was one of the first things I would disable because I would not want this option when im trying to fix a machine.
Hit_any_key_to_boot_from_CD.script
I would create the icon for it.
