Symptom
Firefox Flash player / Youtube video will play for a split second and seems to try restart from beginning of video over and over untill it seems to crash.
If you pay attention, Quality starts at 360p and keeps changing quality until it eventually goes up to the highest quality and then crashes with the following.

If no speakers are connected to the pc connect speakers or Headphones
, then when the speaker icon is not showing the red X on the right of the volume icon. .
Refresh webpage and replay Flash video.
It should play now without crashing unless you unplug the speaker or headphones
