Hi guys;

I have a problem with my windows recovery I hope you can help me.

Yesterday I tried to update my windows 8 to 10 but during the installation phase it got stuck now my PC wont boot up.

I tried to do system recovery it gets stuck on loading phase. Luckily I have the files on Recovery partition on an external hard drive (i.e install.wim , WinUCRD.wim ...etc ). Also took my hard drive and put it on another PC used Imagex to apply images to my hard drive still wont startup.

My question, is there away to recover my PC? for example using imagex and winre

or a software to make recovery CDs ?

Best regards

Use Windows 8 dism or imagex to apply the install.wim.
Run diskpart, list the disk and partitions. Assign a drive letter to the \boot\ partition.
And run wimboot to set the boot envrirontment https://technet.micr...y/hh824874.aspx
