Note:
This method only boot Linux and Win PE and live CD Softwares, Real Windows doesn't work (Xp,7,8)
Instructions:
Launch Xboot, too add ISO files to the boot menu you need to drag and drop the file in the empty box given
some files Xboot will get known to them automaticly and somefiles he will promote a message asking you to identify it
open the drop down menu and choose Add using grub4dos ISO image emulator
after finish adding the files create an ISO image of the file
(you can try creating the bootable USB from the program directly it might work but it never worked for me)
Launch Rufus, Choose the device you want to make it bootable, Partition scheme and targeted files system should be MBR Partition Scheme for BIOS and UEFI Computers, Files System FAT32, Cluster size Choose it as you want but i prefer the default, name it using Volume Label, Tick Quick format if you don't want to wait, tick Create a bootable disk using you will notice a drop box near press it and choose ISO Image and then press the icon near the drop box and browse the location of the ISO created by the Xboot and choose it, untick create extended label and icon files, and press start, wait till its done and voila you got a bootable USB flash memory now!
