Double Driver is good http://www.boozet.org/dd.htm

I still like SmartDriverBackup http://www.mediafire...3n4c8io6ygnijv6

It's not a full XP :)

thats really helpfull but unfortunately not in my case , hte thing is that my hard disk is damaged and im buying another quite soon ,im currently running ubuntu from usb ,i cant use those " backup/restore" apps as i already dont have a windows os to backup from ,
aint there any other way ,isnt it possible to extract the inf files from the installation package and use em in "driver import PE" ?
and one more question, is LiveXp the best "xp from usb" out there ?
thanks for your time

Some installation packages are just archives so that might work but some are more complicated and I think it would be problematic; check the manufacturers website to see what's available for your hardware.

There are many driver packages around like DriverPacks http://driverpacks.net/ where you can find needed drivers and those can be imported with DIPE.

It's my favorite of the PE type but there are also full XP on USB which might work better for your specific needs.
