I am in the APKNite insider program at slow updates. After the update, my start, settings, volume, brightness and action center is not working and opening. I have tried Windows Search and the keyboard shortcuts but they are not opening.
Only Alt F4 and Windows + E and Security Options work
Please help and thanks and since I can’t open settings I can’t update or downgrade.
