OK, BUT I AM NOT A MIND READER...What file is missing, whant build machine, what project? This is for X86 Win7 ONLY. Might work in other environments, but might need tweaking...

So, PLEASE post a full log of the build and error.

yes ur right no body is a mind reader...i forgot to mention the missing file name..anyway THX i managed it to work in live xp build.
one thing i noticed for any harddisk related tool to get work properly MMC script is needed .
for working in live xp i used MMC script , for weird character it showed i have to use 0804 support, chinese PRC support and Russian Language support scripts.....then it worked fine.... :1st:

OK Glad you got it working, these tools all need version specific drivers and I only enabled the renaming of the ones for 32 bit Win7/Vista...

NO, other than we don't know *IF* or what bee4u had to do to make it work...While I may have english as my native language (although well known I don't always use it the best or correct way), that quote says "managed it to work", not that it worked as is without any other modifications... :) SO, meoit asked, and rather than no response, I gave what I thought was an OK answer...

More complete might have been to refer him to previous post, and state that another had made it work, so it was possible, but he/she might have to fiddle with it a bit...

Probably it's my English (or logic) that is different, you know, Vulcan heritage but Italian environment ;) but after a post like this:

for working in live xp i used MMC script , for weird character it showed i have to use 0804 support, chinese PRC support and Russian Language support scripts.....then it worked fine.... :1st:

I would have thought that it was possible to have:

Hi, I tried to add all things bee4u listed, but it doesn't work, maybe something else is missing?

OR:

Hi, I tried to add all things bee4u listed, and it works allright.

This one being illogical:

Do it work on LiveXP? I need it on LiveXp. Thanks!.

As well as this reply:

As it stands - I don't know. Give it a try...

A better one would have been:

If you trust bee4u word for it it WILL NOT work "as is" and you have to add the things he listed. Try adding those thingies and see what happens....

This script wasn't working for me, when I tried to run it in Win7PE_SE, it would say "Error: Disk device not detected by EaseUS Partition Master, please reinstall the program and make sure you don't forbit its driver installing or related registry writing in the Anti-virus program's pop-up window."

I took this as a challenge as I'm still learning this new stuff (I was familar with UBCD4WIN), and looking at the logs, I saw the registry entries weren't being written to successfully, seems that some of the Reg commands have been depreciated, for example, hive_load to reghiveload and regadd to regwrite, etc. So I started banging away at this, and to my amazement got the script working!

Here is the new working script (I made it Version 6 now)

** ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN I TRY TO MAKE A CODE BLOCK AND PASTE IN THE SCRIPT IT SAYS THE POST IS TOO LONG **

So, how do I now share the script I fixed?

Compress it in a .zip file, upload it to any free hosting service, post the link.

I will download it and add it as attachment (members with less than - if I remember correctly - 50 posts) have the attachments disabled.

The board software has already botched (TWICE or THRICE :w00t: ) all CODE posted (and possibly has set some new stupid limit :frusty: in CODEBOX), so it is always advised to also add the actual file, should this happen again.

Until this night, I was only building up to the virtual point, and so I ignored that meassage.  NOW, that it didn't load after booting from DVD - I went through the log and saw the errors for the reg entries - but that didn't fix it as it still complained.  Did a regshot on my x64 after install and saw missing files, and different reg entries.  Running 9.2.1 - it does work if I install in the win7pe. DOH!!  Should have read the forum BEFORE I downloded version 5... :dubbio:  over 30 years in engineering & support and I am STILL relearning to "RTFM" :chair:
