Comparet the [main] level= values in all script.
Inside one folder they must all be identical.
If not, a second folder display is generated.

Yes, right! I change level from 5 to 1 in PENetwork.script and no double folders :-) but I have question: Is this change will affect the build and working WinPE OS? I need manual how use levels.

There exists no official rule how to use levels.
Their definition is in the design of the project authors.
e.g. in the multiPE project:
- 1 for project base files and components
- 5 for applications
- 6 for drivers
- 7 for some finalizing work
- 8 or 9 for finishing building the PE
The project build works as follows:
- Displayed folders are sorted first by level, then aphabetically (see "duplicate")
- Inside one folder the scripts are sorted alphabetically
- The folders are processed in the display order
- Inside one folder the scripts are processed in the display order.

Thanks for the explanation. I have another question. I have two scripts e.g. PENetwork.script and ethernet_driver.script. Is there any difference if you build in a different order?
PENetwork.script = level 1
ethernet_driver.script = level 2
or
ethernet_driver.script = level 1
PENetwork.script = level 2

Theoretically "No"
But sometimes "Yes"
Some scripts are not cooperative and change data (mostly registry) which are set from a different script.
Or they assume certain conditions set by a different script before.
So you have to test every such situation.
