The free version of KonBoot in Hirens only works on XP OS.

Sometimes this stuff just doesn't work for all hardware / OS combinations.

Look into KonBoot, it's like $15 AND WORTH IT.  alternately PassPass has worked on every system I've thrown it at.  I use it with Easy2Boot.

Use Offline Windows Registry Editor  that comes with Hirens Boot CD in default.

KonBoot has been a paid software for 2 years. And has issue in Windows 10. Besides it, NT Password and UUkeys are pretty nice program to unlock Windows login password
