Fixed serious issue. Attempts to create larger physical memory RAM disks than allowed by amount of free memory could cause blue-screen crash.
Is this a new bug or something that always existed?

It has not always existed, but I have not checked exactly in which version it appeared. Probably somewhere in the 1.9.x or 2.0.x releases.
