Is it possible to run MS office 2010 on freedos in some way?

No. 
FreeDOS is an alternative to MS-DOS.
MS Office (let alone 2010) does not run on DOS but it requires this (or that) version of Windows.
More generally Office - like applications (word processors, spreadsheets) usually need a GUI (Graphical User Interface) although word processors and spreadsheets do exist (existed) for DOS.
