according to this site
the driver package Ver:15.0 should contain the suitable driver, at least 82562V-2 10/100 is listed here
ver. 15.0 PROXP.exe downloadable from here
should copy all files from PROXP.exe\\PRO100\Win32\NDIS5x
into the folder '\Workbench\Common\PENetwork_drivers\',
in PENetwork script use:

i am almost sure it caused by the w2k3sp2 sourceWith Folder method, Driver Import PE reports
needs bus.

Yes that driver import thing is no good.
But i can see no reason, why Network should not work for you, as it does for everybody else.
PE-Network is perfectly capable to handle this for free!
