error while building project, pls help

I'm trying to build vistape so that I can put it on a usb stick and load it on a laptop to do a bios update, and I get this crazy error. I am running Winbuilder 078 sp4 on windows 7 rc 32 bit with waik vista installed. Everything is ok except for this freakin error.
Any ideas how I can fix it? the InstallWimSrc folder is empty when I check it, it has nothing in it, should I be copying something to it?

[Failed] (10-explorer.script) FileCopy - Failed to copy [%BaseDir%\Temp\VistaPE-CAPI\InstallWimSrc\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\basebrd.dll] to: [%BaseDir%\Target\VistaPE-CAPI\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\basebrd.dll]: The system cannot find the path specified.

please help!

do you use the Vista DVD as source?
i mean in the WB interface in the 'Source' tab
in the 'Source directory (%SourceDir%)' input field
do you point to the DVD?
