need help (i am new)
how to create ...my profile file from -"PENetwork Manager" i use Hiren's Boot CD 15.1
1 need to create static ip address
2 share drive c$
how to put the NEW profile file ?
and when the Hiren's Boot CD start use it automatically....on boot

I don't know if you still need to build a profile but you can do the following.
Extract the penetwork.exe/files from the 7z-archive, which you can find on my homepage into a folder and then create a shortcut to penetwork.exe with the parameter "/profileeditor" so you can open the profile editor for PENM.
You could then use for instance the 'penetwork.ini' file which is included in the 7z-archive and modify it for your needings.
After all you have to rebuild your Boot CD with the included modified ini file.
