Judging from what is written on the given blog post:

it seems nothing much different than the right-click option we now have with IMDISK, only fully integrated in the Explorer (or Ribbon or whatever).
I guess VHD driver support ISO files too.The question is if the underlying driver is/will be like IMDISK a non-bootable one or like Firadisk/Winvblock a bootable one (and/or if it's use will be integrated in the BCD/whatever as an available boot choice).

CD and DVD image files (ISO) are not supported before Windows Developer Preview and Windows Server Developer Preview.
