Even if ReactOS is not yet compatible with some important applications,
this is a little work on ReactOS; an easy way to access the partition NTFS (read-only)
would be to use this software (ntfs reader). It was created to be used in win9x environment,
but it is fully compatible with ReactOS without being able to change registry keys or use additional libraries.
The aim would be to use it in a Boot CD.

Hello readers,
after a careful analysis of the Forum, I realized that the contents of this topic are not in line
with the subject of the Forum itself (winpe 9x/xp/vista/7/8).
This is, obviously, due to the fact that ReactOS (Ros) is not stable: in fact
even the latest version (0.3.16) is not a "horse tamed".
For the reason mentioned above, my intention is to close the discussion
on this topic.
But, as this topic is not my private property (and the opinions of Readers matter most),
I am interested to know Your opinion on my decision.

the topic of the Forum it is Programming in diffrent languages, and building up Programs,

implement of ideas...

why should so not include an Ordering system be ?

Reactos it is the Idea of fighting against the policy of Microsoft and the spying as well as the

making money with inflated prices and.. the law of the United States ..

so.. it is Reactos an implementation of an idea.. why should be so not be supported in this forum ?

I think, the last word have Nuno Brito, the owner of this Forum..

but, i think.. he have nothing against.. because, he like the idea of Reactos .. so, do not stop you and encourage discussions and bring the topic of ReactOS to the live, so ... why not.. ...

This guy has a modified shell32.dll.
Did he also change code or just the icons?

This NTFS thing should be integrated to RAPPS.

@Blackcrack : can you ask this guy from where did it took his shell32.dll ? (I suppose from windows...) And the icons ?

Hi Blacky,

I used a modified NTFS Reader for ReacatOS (ROS): I renamed pntfs.vxd (extracted from Paragon NTFS)

to IO.vxd; then I copied it in the folder of NTFS Reader and it works good. But, I'm sure it works just as well with the

original driver, as you have already seen. But surely some Developers of ROS had already tried with this program (before).
Maybe I'm lucky because I used this version (v2.0) without problems.

I just changed some icons in  ROS shell32.dll (and in explorer.exe too):

I changed the look just a little bit, just to break the monotony and maybe I like to see a different appearence for the GUI.

This is a message to the Developers of ROS:

Thanks for your interest in my little work.  I give only some indications  that I hope will be useful to

ROS Developers (in order to improve it).

The indications of the Developers (from ReactOS.org and Reboot.pro) are always welcome.
They push me to work better.

Hi peoples, if you whant have an unterground Playground/Forum for Reactos

(think about and make around, without to be on Reactos.org),

can you come to http://forum.blackysgate.de, it is maby interresting for Artworkers

and other programmers, who be not whanted, but whant think around and play around,

to be by side of Reactos and not on the Reactos.org, can have an playgrond on

forum.blackysgate.de if you are want

On there can you think on System Avatars, as artwork Girls or something,

maybe speaking about making themes for Reactos and some other..

all what the developers on reactos not want.. it is on forum.blackysgate.de allowed ..

Why not speak about the possibility's where be comes if the reactos be XP/W7 conform as WinNTsystem.

so you are all invited to speak about on forum.blackysgate.de to Speak about Reactos and what can do at all for Reactos ..

On my forum should it  be possible to speak about all,

and not what it is allow to speak about, because it dos not make or be not correct or something, no,

the forum.blackysgate.de should be more an "Unterground-Forum" in scene of GPL and free speech

just like an boiling boiler, can be brewed at the different opinions together and can speak about what comes in mind.

Paragon Image Explorer is an utility (better than NTFS Reader) of Paragon Partition Master v7.0. This application  can be used to read/write ntfs partitions. But this utility is not stable.
